Baptism Registration Requirements

Both parents must agree to the baptism and must be present at the time of registration.

Child's Birth Certificate- must be baptized before turning 7 years old

$80 Registration Fee per child (Cash, check or credit/debit)

if paying via credit/debit please do not submit payment until instructed to do so by office staff.

Pre-Baptismal Class

Pre-Baptismal class is required for both parents and Godparents
-
You must pre-register for the class
-
Information for the day of the class:
-
NO children allowed
-
Class begins promptly at 7:00pm; those arriving late will be asked to reschedule.

Godparents
-
If single, at least 16 years old, have completed all 3 sacraments;

Baptism, First Communion and confirmation

If married, MUST be married through the Catholic Church. (Marriage Certificate from catholic church required)

Maximum of 2 godparents (one male and one female) or 1 godparent.

Please contact the office staff to confirm availability.
Required Documents:
Baptism Registration Form, Child's Birth Certificate and proof of Sponsor Sacrament Completion.
Registration will not be processed unless all required documents are submitted.
Baptism Schedule
The Pre-Baptismal class will be offered in person the corresponding week prior to the Baptism date 7:00pm
No baptisms February 18, 2026 through April 2, 2026 due to lent.

Requisitos para Registración de Bautismo

Ambos padres deben estar de acuerdo con el bautizo y estar presentes al momento de la registración.

Acta de Nacimiento del Niño/a

debe de ser bautizado/a antes de cumplir 7 años.

$80 costo de inscripción por niño/a (efectivo, cheque o credit/debit)

si paga a través de credito/debito por favor no envíe el pago hasta que el personal de la oficina se lo indique.

Clase pre-bautismal

Clase Pre-bautismal es requerida para ambos padres y padrinos

La clase comienza puntualmente a las 7:00pm. Aquellos que lleguen tarde se les pedirá que se registren para una nueva clase

Padrinos
-
Si soltero, al menos 16 años de edad, ha completado los 3 sacramentos

Bautismo, Primera Comunión y Confirmación

Si está casado, DEBE estar casado a través de la Iglesia Católica. (Acta de Matrimonio de iglesia católica requerida)
-
Máximo de 2 padrinos (un hombre y una mujer) o 1 padrino/a.

Favor de contactar al personal de la oficina para confirmar la disponibilidad.
Documentos requeridos:
Formulario de Registración de Bautismo, Acta de Nacimiento del Niño/a y prueba de Finalización del Sacramento de los padrinos.
La registración no se procesará a menos que se presenten todos los documentos requeridos.
Horario de bautismos
La clase pre-bautismal se ofrecerá en persona durante la semana correspondiente del bautismo a las 7:00pm
No hay bautismos del 18 de febrero de 2026 al 2 de abril de 2026 debido a la cuaresma.
